There was a country called Nigeria which historical background was based on colonialism and millitary ruling.
These background Left the citizens hanging on the believe that our leaders are mini gods thereby needs to be respected, worshipped and pampered.

This reality make the leaders believe thy are gods for over their citizen. Even when there's Democracy and Human Right act.

The rule of the military regime is still in existence in the Land of Nigeria under the umbrella of Democracy.
As The say " A chicken that was tie to a stationary stick and left for certain period will never understand it can moves beyond the boundaries of the robe even when it was Untie".

Our fellow Nigerian let's wake and never allow anyone with a military background rule us again.
As they say " Old soldier never die " it's never mean real deaths. It means never forget the skills, believe, tactical strategy and reasoning.

Let's Trace the rules of a civilian and understands the difference.

NUC splits Mass Communication into 7 other degree programmes

 The National Universities Commission (NUC) says it has not abolished the study of Mass Communication in Nigerian universities, saying that the course has just been unbundled into seven other degree programmes. Mr Ibrahim Yakasai, the NUC Director of Corporate Affairs disclosed this on Friday in Abuja while clarifying the commission’s position on some online reports claiming that the NUC had phased out Mass Communication. Yakasai urged universities wishing to run the new programmes to seek permission from the commission before running them. He also said that universities across the country have authority of the commission to begin the programmes as soon as they met the necessary requirements.
