HUMAN BEING ARE NOT APPRECIATIVE

There comes a day back when I newly got admitted in the university. I have this seal of being the best I could be. I never aspire to do it alone but I desire my couleague in the same department/unit should go along with me. I will arrange for class with some of the Lecturers. A day came I got a call from someone in my department who just resume after the session has gotten to 13th week of 18weeks academic calendar. Though is not going to be easy with him. BEST FRIENDS In a city of Asaba, there lived three best friends by name Enobong, Chizaram and Abisola who loved eachother. Everybody taught they were twin siblings; at school they play and eat together and even did their classwork or assignment together. NUC splits Mass Communication into 7 other degree programmes

The National Universities Commission (NUC) says it has not abolished the study of Mass Communication in Nigerian universities, saying that the course has just been unbundled into seven other degree programmes. Mr Ibrahim Yakasai, the NUC Director of Corporate Affairs disclosed this on Friday in Abuja while clarifying the commission’s position on some online reports claiming that the NUC had phased out Mass Communication. Yakasai urged universities wishing to run the new programmes to seek permission from the commission before running them. He also said that universities across the country have authority of the commission to begin the programmes as soon as they met the necessary requirements. According to him, the NUC has only unbundled Mass Communication due to increasing demands from students. “Any university who want to begin the new programmes must first write officially to the commission to carry out accreditation. “Mass communication is still very much available as

Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom has donated N60 million to families of slain policemen by unknown gunmen in the state. Newsmen report that the governor’s donation was contained in a statement issued by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr Ini Ememobong, on Monday in Uyo. Ememobong said the governor announced the donation when he visited the State Police Headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia, Uyo, after the state Executive Council meeting.
